Economical / Statistical / Management Engineering background with a strong interest in the HR field.Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders of different seniority levels within the store.Good knowledge of Excel and the ability to manage and analyze data by generating reports.An analytical approach with data-driven decision-making applied to problem-solving.Good knowledge of how to implement plans according to set budgets, business plan priorities, and goals.The IKEA values truly reflect personal values.Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in Italian and English (from B2).What you'll be doing day to day Apply available tools and relevant data analysis, including staffing structure and co-worker availability analysis, to secure and improve the people planning process in the unit.Collaborate with Recruitment Delivery Manager and People & Culture Manager to review vacancies against defined headcount.Support the development and implementation of digital people planning solutions.Implement people planning strategy at the unit level, following principles/guidelines set by Country P&C.Ensure that co-workers', customers', and business needs are met.Consolidate all business drivers, workload factors, and qualification needs within the unit's people planning process.Proactively work with department managers to develop unit people planning priorities that promote co-worker empowerment while keeping schedules within budget.Identify opportunities and areas for improvement to meet planning gaps, financial frames, and growth potentials.Collaborate effectively with your matrix to share best practices and proven solutions between the unit and Service Office.Support co-worker talent development through multi-skilling opportunities.Define vacancy contract levels, types, and capacity requirements to enhance co-worker experience.Contribute to raising awareness and knowledge of people planning principles at the unit level through relevant education, training, and support.Ensure adherence to IKEA employment standards, local legislation, and union requirements related to People Planning.Lead partnerships with department managers to co-create and post schedules timely, aligned with the unit's hours forecast.WORKING WITH US HAS ITS REWARDSMETTIAMO LE PERSONE AL CENTRO#J-18808-Ljbffr
