This site is a strategic centre of excellence within a leading global group, focusing on the assembly and optimisation of complex product lines, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesManufacturing Process Engineer – Team LeaderLocation: Bollengo, Italy (near Torino) – full-time, on-site onlySalary: Up to €50000 per annum plus BenefitsRef: 736TUMain duties:To lead a team of production staff while optimising manufacturing processes, maintaining process documentation, ensuring ERP updates, and driving continuous improvement in collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams.The role:Supervise and coordinate a team of 10 to 15 production staff on the shop floorOversee the Product line manufacturing operationsOptimise production workflows using Lean, SMED, and time/method study toolsDraft, maintain, and update operating instructions and SOPsMonitor and update processes within the ERP systemInterpret and work from technical 2D and 3D CAD drawingsWork cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Management teamsReport directly to the Plant Manager, contributing to the site’s operational growthCandidate's ProfileTechnical diploma or Engineering degree, ideally in Mechanical or Management EngineeringExperience in complex production environments (e.g. automotive, aerospace)Strong knowledge of Lean, SMED, and time & method analysis toolsFamiliarity with multi-component product assembly and production workflowsAdvanced skills in ERP systems and ExcelAble to read and interpret technical 2D/3D CAD drawingsProactive, solution-focused, and detail-orientedExcellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
