Our Sales team is instrumental in driving customer growth globally. By overseeing the entire lifecycle—from prospecting to acquisition and activation—they take ownership of their market segments and help more customers discover the value of Ebury with a sharp, solution‑oriented approach. We are seeking an FX Sales Associate to develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for our suite of cross‑border payments and foreign exchange products. What you’ll do Work with your team to build up a customer pipeline Research prospects, understand their needs, and tailor your approach to introduce them to international payment and FX solutions Drive new business opportunities by connecting with decision‑makers across various industries Communicate Ebury’s product value proposition to prospective customers in Italy identifying opportunities of improvement Growth your sales expertise & FX knowledge selling Ebury’s products Work hard to hit your monthly KPI’s What you’ll need Desire or experience working in B2B sales and a client‑facing environment Commercial experience, particularly in cold calling is a plus Interest in developing a career within a high‑performing sales culture Excellent communication skills & clear articulation over the phone Good knowledge of English Why Ebury?
