Obiettivo del ruolo e attivitàLa risorsa, a diretto riporto del General Manager, sarà responsabile della gestione e della supervisione dei progetti che le verranno assegnati sulla base delle esigenze aziendali, con l obiettivo di garantirne il completamento nei tempi previsti e nel budget stabilito.Il ruolo prevede il confronto con diversi stakeholder aziendali (R&D, qualità, sviluppo prodotto, commerciale) ma anche esterni (società di consulenza).ResponsabilitàGestione di progetti inter company su prodotti di altre aziende del gruppo: analisi di fattibilità rispetto all introduzione in Italia / Europa di prodotti realizzati nelle sedi estere del Gruppo, studio preliminare del mercato e della competitività del nuovo prodotto, verifica dei requisiti normativi, collaborazione nello sviluppo del prodotto per renderlo conforme alle normative e / o al nuovo mercato target, analisi dei metodi d importazione, calcolo costi e prezzo / i di vendita;Interfaccia con i consulenti esterni per l individuazione dei fabbisogni di investimento strutturale e gestione di progetti di implementazione dell industria 5.0 in Azienda;Interfaccia con la software house esterna e per dare supporto nella realizzazione di un nuovo gestionale in termini di mappatura di processi e flussi;Gestione analisi e reportistica dei dati;Supporto nell attività di programmazione della produzione;OffertaSi offre contratto ad assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato con orario di lavoro full-time ed inquadramento commisurato al livello di esperienza del candidato.Sede di lavoro : Fontaniva (PD)Laurea in ingegneria o economia; Ottima dimestichezza con Excel e in generale con l analisi dei dati Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese Predisposizione e orientamento commerciale Precisione, organizzazione e metodo Orientamento al risultato Intraprendenza, disponibilità e proattività#J-18808-Ljbffr
