Siamo alla ricerca di un Programmatore C / Esperto in Firmware e IoT appassionato di tecnologia e innovazione, con base operativa a L'Aquila o Roma , che voglia unirsi a una startup in forte espansione. La realtà nostra cliente opera nel settore strategico dell'ingegneria strutturale, occupandosi della messa in sicurezza di ponti e infrastrutture critiche nazionali . Informazioni sul ruolo Sei un neolaureato o hai una prima esperienza nel settore? Cerchiamo un talento che voglia uscire dai laboratori accademici per vedere il proprio codice applicato a soluzioni reali . Qui la tua competenza IoT non sarà "teoria", ma lo strumento per garantire la sicurezza e l'affidabilità delle grandi opere italiane, lavorando in un contesto di alta innovazione tecnologica. Responsabilità Sviluppo & Testing: Creazione e manutenzione di firmware in linguaggio C per dispositivi IoT ad alta precisione dedicati al monitoraggio strutturale. Edge Computing & Wireless: Integrazione di sensori avanzati e configurazione di moduli di comunicazione a lungo raggio (LoRaWAN, NB-IoT ). Hardware Interaction: Collaborazione diretta con il team di ingegneri strutturisti per definire i requisiti hardware/software e ottimizzare l'acquisizione dei dati in campo. Problem Solving Tecnico: Attività di debugging e analisi a basso livello per garantire che i sistemi installati siano infallibili. Prototipazione: Partecipazione attiva alle fasi di design, test e industrializzazione dei nuovi prodotti IoT della startup. Titolo di Studio: Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica, Informatica, Telecomunicazioni o percorsi affini. Competenze richieste Coding: Solida padronanza del Linguaggio C (maturata anche tramite progetti universitari o personali di rilievo). Elettronica: Conoscenza dei principi di elettronica digitale e analogica. Microcontrollori: Familiarità con architetture comuni (es. STM32, ESP32 , architetture ARM) e gestione periferiche (SPI, I2C, UART, ADC ). Mindset: Proattività, capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e attitudine al problem-solving tipica del mondo startup. Logistica: Residenza o disponibilità a operare su Roma o L'Aquila. Compenso e pacchetto retributivo RAL d'ingresso: 30.000€, con un piano di crescita meritocratica e rapida legato allo sviluppo della società. Contratto: Tempo Indeterminato. Work-Life Balance: Modalità di lavoro fortemente flessibile e prevalentemente da remoto , con rientri in presenza presso le sedi di Roma o L'Aquila solo una volta a settimana .
