Role Summary L’impiegato contabile è la figura professionale che si occupa di controllare e gestire i documenti amministrativi e contabili, dell’emissione delle fatture, dell’elaborazione dei pagamenti e degli incassi, nonché della preparazione dei rapporti finanziari. Competenze richieste Competenza in contabilità generale e contabilità industriale (o analitica) Conoscenza delle procedure amministrativo-contabili Capacità di analizzare e redigere i bilanci di esercizio Conoscenza degli adempimenti fiscali, sia periodici che annuali Abilità nell’uso degli strumenti informatici Familiarità con vari programmi software di gestione per la contabilità ed ERP Rispetto delle scadenze Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta (B2) Preferibile esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di impiegato contabile Responsabilità principali Processare le fatture di acquisto ed elaborare i pagamenti Gestire le distinte degli incassi SDD e monitorare gli insoluti Processare gli incassi della collection e delle attivazioni e conclusioni dei contratti Garantire l’accuratezza dei registri contabili Riconciliare i conti transitori e i conti anticipi Gestire il rapporto con le banche Preparare il bilancio annuale Garantire la conformità dell’azienda alle normative fiscali e tributarie Monitorare le scadenze e garantire il rispetto delle procedure Controllare il flusso di cassa e la liquidità #TFS Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at TRATON Financial Services by 2x Get notified about new Accountant jobs in Milan, Lombardy, Italy .
