A great opportunity to join as a Director of Rooms at a Luxury 5-star hotel in Rome . Requirements Experience required: 3-5 years in a similar management role within a well-structured hotel chain, preferably in Italy. Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is preferred. The role is intended as an ExCom position. Reports to both the General Manager and the Director of Operations. Manages departments: Front Office (30 staff), Housekeeping (20 staff), and Reservations (4 staff). Qualifications To qualify for the Director of Rooms position, candidates must possess: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field, along with at least four years of guest service/hotel experience, including two years in a management capacity. More than five years of relevant experience is preferred. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. Adherence to LQA standards.
