What you will do Our Consulting Managers play a central role in strategy development for our clients' critical priorities. You’ll manage your own workstreams, mentor junior staff, and apply your understanding of client engagement objectives within market and industry contexts to shape engagement deliverables. You’ll take increasing responsibility for larger or more complex workstreams and be seen by clients as the go‑to person on key topics, ensuring mutual understanding of engagement approach, timelines, and day‑to‑day activities. You’ll help identify new ways to assist clients while contributing to industry and practice consulting communities. What you will need Experience within a well‑regarded management consultancy in a project delivery capacity. Understanding in at least one core domain such as Application Architecture, Roadmap, Digital Transformation, Agile/DevOps, Cloud solution, SAP ERP, etc. Experience working with one or more IT solutions. An unwavering commitment to the success of your team and willingness to provide and receive constructive/corrective action when needed. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to help develop creative solutions and strategies to solve client problems. An ability to be hands‑on and manage multiple client priorities simultaneously. MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Consulting Experience Experience within a well‑regarded management consultancy in a project delivery capacity. Prior experience in a problem‑solving capacity such as a solution/technical architect or analyst preferred. A consistent track record of leading people and building high‑performing teams that leverage technology to drive mission‑critical priorities for commercial or government entities. An ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non‑technical backgrounds toward a common goal. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems. Must adapt Gartner frameworks and methodologies to address the client’s most pressing business challenges. Excellence in written and verbal communication. Expertise with strategic consulting frameworks. Building rapid prototypes for presentations/sales proposals. Excellent people skills and customer‑relationship track record.
