Founding Engineer — 0mninet 0mninet è una startup telco che sta costruendo un operatore mobile gratuito basato su un modello innovativo di data monetization. Siamo in fase di incorporazione e stiamo aprendo il nostro team tecnico fondatore. Il Ruolo Cerchiamo il nostro Founding Engineer, una figura senior che guiderà lo sviluppo tecnico della piattaforma e coordinerà un piccolo team di developer (2 figure junior in arrivo per app, API e UX). Non cerchiamo qualcuno che "fa tutto", ma qualcuno che vuole prendere decisioni, impostare architetture solide e contribuire alla visione sin dall’inizio. Cosa Farai Sviluppo e direzione tecnica della nostra app mobile Integrazione eSIM, API MVNE e servizi di rete Progettazione del backend e delle API principali Creazione del nostro DNC (Data Network Cycle): pipeline dati, telemetria, sistemi di ingest Coordinamento dei developer junior e definizione degli standard tecnici Scelte architetturali e tecnologiche per MVP, lancio e scalabilità Chi Sei Hai esperienza nello sviluppo (mobile o backend) Sai lavorare con autonomia e responsabilità Curioso, rapido, orientato alla soluzione Con ambizione reale di costruire qualcosa che il mercato non ha ancora visto Preferibilmente esperienza in app consumer, backend scalabili o data engineering Cosa Offriamo Ruolo fondativo nel team tecnico Equity significativa, legata alle milestone Compenso iniziale simbolico 100% collaborazione diretta con i founder Nessuna burocrazia, massima autonomia decisionale Lavoro ibrido, Firenze preferita ma possibile remoto Possibilità reale di costruire un’infrastruttura che può arrivare a milioni di utenti La Visione 0mninet vuole ripensare il modo in cui la connettività mobile viene finanziata, creando un modello sostenibile, trasparente e accessibile a tutti.
