Developing and managing the portfolio of clients: prospecting new clients, retaining existing clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.Ensures the local commercial strategy aligns with regional objectives and delivers on agreed performance targets: translating objectives into concrete actions, coordinating the execution of the action plan, effectively using CRM tools, managing the budget…Represents the company with customers, partners, authorities, and other external stakeholders. Participating in the development of the distribution network: identifying acquisition opportunities (existing facilities or land to be developed) and presenting them to the Board.Serves as the senior point of coordination in-country, helping connect functional teams and raise local issues where needed.
