About the Role As a Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) Engineer, you will prepare technical procedures and detailed instructions for performing inspection activities on steel structural components, including VT, PT, MT, RT, UT, PAUT, and TOFD, according to customer and regulatory requirements. You will participate in technical meetings, collaborate with other departments to solve technical issues, support NDE operators during activities, and conduct indoctrinations on the procedures you develop. Key Responsibilities Prepare technical procedures and instructions for inspection activities (VT, PT, MT, RT, UT, PAUT, TOFD) per customer and regulatory requirements. Participate in technical meetings and collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues. Support NDE operators in control activities during examinations. Conduct indoctrinations for NDE operators on instructions and technical procedures, assess their skills, and provide training to fill gaps. Qualifications Bachelor’s Engineering degree (three years), preferred Master’s degree. 2‑year minimum (5‑year preferred) related experience in manufacturing industries of heavy construction or machining; experience in pressure vessel industries and NDE is preferred.
