Your role involves contributing to the implementation of Saipem’s HSE standards and overseeing HSE management across offices in Italy for all Saipem business organisations.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the application of Saipem HSE standards in compliance with workplace environmental regulations.Support preparation, implementation, and monitoring of HSE procedures for Saipem S.p.A. and the Saipem Group.Provide support to general services during daily inspections, verifying compliance with HSE standards, Permit‑to‑Work systems, risk assessments, and method statements.Promote HSE awareness through toolbox talks, training sessions, and campaigns.Contribute to incident reporting, investigation, and follow‑up of corrective actions.Participate in risk assessments and pre‑task briefings ensuring adherence to Legislative Decree 81/08 and other legal health and safety requirements.Offer technical advice to construction teams and disciplinary superintendents on safe execution of activities.Participate in audits with third‑party certifiers (e.g., ISO 45001, SA8000) and internal audits for regulatory compliance or certificate renewal.Coordinate contracts within the buildings.EducationMaster’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Safety Engineering, or a similar field.ExperienceAt least 1–2 years of experience as an HSE/Safety Engineer, preferably in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, or Industrial sectors.Certified in ASPP Module A and Module B.LanguagesGood command of English and Italian (written and spoken).Technical SkillsKnowledge of HSE regulations (Italian legislative framework and EU directives).Familiarity with risk assessment and emergency response.Nice to have: background in HSE audits, inspections, and incident investigations.IT SkillsProficiency in MS Office Suite.AvailabilityAvailability for travel to the Fano (PU) office.Contract & BenefitsFixed‑term contract.Corporate benefits: comprehensive health insurance, internal gym, discounts and partnerships, wellness services, and an in‑house cafeteria.Hybrid working model: smart‑working options and flexible hours to support work‑life balance.One Saipem Way: a soft‑skills model focused on development, career growth, and collaboration.Diversity & InclusionWe embrace diversity.
