Marketing & Communications Senior Manager

The Marketing & Communication Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and communication initiatives to support the hotels pre-opening and opening phases. This role shapes the hotels image and drives visibility through traditional and digital channels ensuring brand consistency and strong media presence.Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Brand Management Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.Monitor market trends and competitors.Ensure consistent brand tone messaging and visual identity across all materials and channels.Manage all hotel material (menus leaflets brochure collateral spa brochure etc) and presentations in addition to the production of hotel / outlets / sales collateral branding and logo items ensuring all branding and company guidelines are followed and consistency.Implement and follow up Hotel and Orient Express brand guidelines.Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers for design production and creative development.Content Creation & Communication Produce and edit press releases, media kits and speeches.Provide content for website, email marketing, sales, hotel and trains departments as needed.Manage photo and video shoots, maintain image library and ensure updated marketing content across platforms.Create branded guest gifts and promotional items.Public Relations & Media Relations Execute PR strategies to generate awareness during pre-opening and launch.Build and maintain relationships with media influencers and partners.Handle press inquiries, coordinate press visits and influencer trips.Manage crisis communication to protect and promote the hotels reputation.Digital Marketing & Online Presence In coordination with Regional Digital Office and Orient Express Global Digital team :Oversee website content, digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media) and email marketing in collaboration with digital teams and agencies.Monitor digital performance and reporting, optimize campaigns for visibility and conversions.Manage content on third-party platforms (Tripadvisor, Google, OTA sites) to ensure accuracy.Social Media Management In collaboration with the social media agency and in cooperation with Regional SM and Global SM teams :Develop and execute social media strategy with agency support.Create and schedule engaging content; monitor trends and audience engagement.Manage community interactions and social media reputation.Address social media crises in collaboration with global communications.Events & Partnerships Support events and press initiatives during pre-opening and opening phases.Identify and build partnerships with local brands and tourism organizations.Represent the hotel at industry and media events as needed.Monitoring & Reporting Track media coverage, campaign effectiveness and overall brand performance.Provide regular reports and presentations to management.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in a marketing and communications role in luxury hospitality industry.Creative talent, proactive, flexible, team playerAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively; results-driven mindsetStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian (additional languages such as French are a plus)Proven experience in media relations, digital and brand managementAbility to prioritize, organize work assignments and follow-upAbility to think strategically while being detail-oriented and hands-onExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency in MS Office and PR, digital and social media toolsPhotography and/or basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, Photoshop) is a plusAbility to work flexible hours covering evenings, weekends and holiday periodsAdditional Information A real Work life balanceWork from Everywhere: Personal access provided to over 500 coworking spaces, many of which are within our hotels.ALL - Heartist Program: Unforgettable stays and experiences at all Accor locations and partner venues worldwide.And at our Issy les Moulineaux site: Collaborative workspaces, an employee restaurant, unlimited coffee, gaming and sports areas, a concierge service and a park just across the street.Attractive Finance benefitsSustainable Mobility Package up to 700 for the use of green transportation or 75% coverage of Pass Navigo (public transportation pass).Learning & developmentTalent Management at the earth our of HR Accor strategy.We want you to feel free to dare and free to grow by opening new doors to continuous learning and skills development.
