Il ruolo
Il Senior Controller Manager agisce come Business Partner per il Global Procurement per tutte le società del Gruppo, in Italia e all’estero, per sviluppare ed implementare strategie di acquisto al fine di ottimizzare la spesa aziendale.
In particolare si dovrà occupare di svolgere le seguenti attività:
Definire e mantenere aggiornati i processi, le procedure, gli strumenti, gli standard finanziari e i KPI del Gruppo nell'area degli Acquisti. Garantire che questi standard siano applicati correttamente in tutte le aree di business, sia a livello aziendale che di affiliate estere;Collaborare con il Global Procurement sulla definizione degli obiettivi, sul controllo e sul reporting;Collaborare con i CFO e i Controller delle Business Area in tutti i processi ricorrenti: budgeting, previsione, reporting mensile, analisi delle deviazioni, progettazione di piani d'azione e commenti;Istituire un sistema, in collaborazione con il Global Procurement, per tracciare sistematicamente i “risparmi di approvvigionamento” negoziati, la loro allocazione nel Budget e il monitoraggio dell'appropriato “congelamento delle risorse”;Supportare il Global Procurement nell'analisi delle offerte e dei fornitori, nel monitoraggio del rischio finanziario dei fornitori e nella valutazione dell'adozione di piani di copertura del rischio valutario per i fornitori esteri;Fungere da collegamento tra il Global Procurement, i CFO e i Controller delle aree aziendali per le questioni relative agli appalti e agli acquisti;Analizzare sistematicamente i costi G&A, per identificare, con il supporto del Global Procurement, le aree di efficienza. Suggerire possibili interventi, definire piani d'azione e monitorare l'esecuzione, rimanendo sempre allineati con il Global Procurement;Supportare il team di controllo delle operazioni tecniche nell'aggiornamento delle stime dei costi dei prodotti e nelle valutazioni "Make or Buy";Supportare il Global Procurement nella valutazione degli aspetti economici e dell'efficienza delle attività strategiche sia per la spesa diretta che per quella indiretta;Pubblicazione mensile del reporting e della dashboard «Global Procurement».Supporto al rilascio mensile del reporting e della dashboard sulle «prestazioni dei fornitori» rispetto al rischio finanziario;Definizione e coordinamento del piano d'azione degli acquisti per i processi di pianificazione (piano a lungo termine/budget/previsione)
I requisiti
Laurea in Economia e Commercio;Esperienza di circa 6-8 anni in Finanza, anche coprendo un ruolo manageriale all’interno di aziende multinazionali o società di consulenza;Conoscenza della contabilità dei costi, delle valutazioni delle prestazioni e dei sistemi di reporting interno, forti capacità analitiche e di comunicazione, elevate capacità di visualizzazione dei dati e tecniche di storytelling;Inglese fluente;Ottimo utilizzo del pacchetto MS Office (Excel e Power Point in particolare);Capacità di lavorare in modo proattivo, indipendente su più progetti in tempi ristretti, altamente organizzato, adattabile e flessibile.
