Basic Qualifications 7+ years of experience delivering CX IT platform implementations in hands-on technical and analytical roles 3+ years of proven experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and AWS Lambda, or other equivalent Cloud CX technology Experience with AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and IAM; familiarity with serverless architectures and microservices Experience developing software code in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js) Ability to communicate effectively in English within technical and business settings Preferred Qualifications Strong experience in CX industry domains: Telephony, IVR, ACD, CTI, Data Lake, WFM, Omnichannel and GenAI integrations, CRM experience Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center solutions and IVR systems Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
