EHS Specialist Location: Vignate (MI) Job Summary We are looking for an EHS Specialist to support activities related to Health, Safety. The role involves active management of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 systems, training, and sustainability projects. Responsibilities Monitor EHS KPIs and support risk assessment activities Coordinate EHS compliance for contractors (Art.26 D.Lgs 81/08) Management of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 systems Manage safety training and personal protective equipment (PPE) Analyze energy consumption and support sustainability initiatives Lead the Green Team and promote environmental practices Basic Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in EHS Fluent Italian, written and spoken Good written and spoken English skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ASPP and Safety Trainer certifications (preferred) Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements Fully on-site role, with occasional travel for audits or training Key Competencies Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations Project and organizational skills Proactive mindset with curiosity and continuous improvement attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer Dynamic international working environment Welfare program LinkedIn learning access #J-18808-Ljbffr
