POSITION SNAPSHOT Type of work: Hybrid Type of contract: Fixed term/temporary Full/Part Time: Full time Location: ROMA, IT About The Role We are looking for a newly graduate in Engineering to support our Team during a Maternity Leave; the candidate will work with the Central Health and Safety Team operating in various business environment (R&D, logistic, manufacturing, Retail, Sales) and geographical Regions; needs to be agile and open to cooperation with Teammates with different culture and background. She / He will be part of a Team based in Rome with multidisciplinary skills, in a highly collaborative group in which each member brings his/her capabilities to contribute to the group scope. She / He will support the Management System PDCA drumbeat, learning how to use the HS digital platform and then providing support to the local entities for their daily activities. By gathering data and analyzing them, will calculate KPI’s and prepare reports for different stakeholders. Accountabilities Support data gathering and data analysis to develop leading and lagging indicators to monitor and drive Health and Safety programs. Support the development of training material. Support the development of multimedia products to promote health and safety programs. Support the user with the HS digital platform data management. Educational Background University Degree in Engineering. Technical & soft skills Collaboration and Teamwork Ability to Learn Interacting Effectively Performance Driven Problem Solving Microsoft Office 365. Languages Fluency in written and spoken English Knowledge of other languages is a plus. Position is based at the BSEMIA Technical Center in Rome, Italy.
