Human Resources Business Partner at SF EXPRESS (EUROPE) CO. LTD Position: Warehouse Manager-Italy Location: Italy (On-site) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse operations in Italy. This role is responsible for end-to-end warehouse management, team leadership, inventory control, and continuous improvement to support business growth in the European market. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipping to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse SOPs and operational standards Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy through cycle counts and periodic physical inventories Lead, train, and develop the local warehouse team; manage staffing, scheduling, and performance Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, health & safety regulations, and warehouse security standards Collaborate closely with HQ supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues Manage relationships with local carriers and logistics partners; monitor delivery performance and exceptions Track, analyze, and report warehouse KPIs, driving cost control and operational efficiency improvements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics management experience; EU or overseas warehouse experience is a plus Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and process optimization Hands‑on experience with WMS and strong data analysis skills (Excel or similar tools) Excellent leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment Language Requirements: Chinese and Italian can be used as working languages; proficiency in English is a plus.
