Our Avnet Silica Inside Sales team in Padua is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist Apprentice As an ISS apprentice you will get a chance to kickstart your sales career while earning and learning. This is a hands‑on role where you will support the team combining inside sales and customer service to sell products services and solutions to new and existing customers through a variety of inbound and outbound multimedia communications (e.g. telephone email portals).What you will be doing:Deliver solutions or find new opportunities for a positive customer experience.Initiate and answer sales inquiries.Promptly and accurately respond to customer information requests.Monitor / follow up on sales activities throughout the process from initial contact to order fulfillment.Working in a team environment share sales efforts and strategies with internal resources and suppliers.Support customer requirements for inventories delivery lead time and unit prices.Other duties as assigned.Job Level Specifications:You will acquire sales skills through work experience and formal training to perform daily tasks.Tasks are routine repetitive and manual in nature with minimal complexity or variation and specific to the job.Work is performed under supervision with detailed instructions. Priorities are provided for performing work.You will interact mostly with immediate peers within assigned team.
