Direct message the job poster from Randstad Professional Italia The Finance, Administration & HR division of Randstad Professional Leaders Search & Selection - specialized in the recruitment and selection of middle & senior management profiles - is looking for a market leader and innovative company in its sector, for a: Finance Manager As a Finance Manager, you will join the Finance team to contribute to the excellence of a structured company with an international scope. You will act as the financial focal point for the Italian branch, interfacing daily with the foreign Headquarters. Responsibilities The Finance Manager will be responsible for supervising administrative and controlling activities, reporting functionally to the Group CFO and dealing with: Financial Planning & Analysis and Reporting Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, analyzing variances against actuals and proposing corrective actions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to be sent punctually to the HQ Finance team (Reporting Package). Collaborate with Headquarters on data analysis; note that data consolidation is managed centrally by HQ, not locally. Support local and international management with profitability analysis and operational KPIs. Accounting, Compliance & Processes Supervise periodic accounting closings and ensure the accuracy of administrative data. Ensure compliance with local tax and civil regulations, managing relationships with tax consultants and external auditors. Monitor and strengthen the Internal Control system to ensure the integrity of business processes. Optimize the use of the SAP Business One ERP system, acting as a key user for the finance area and ensuring data quality. Characteristics and Requirements Degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent disciplines; Consolidated experience (5+ years) in the role of Finance Manager, Controller, or FP&A Manager, preferably gained in modern multinational environments; Fluent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) : a mandatory requirement as it is the daily working language with HQ and foreign subsidiaries; Mandatory knowledge of SAP Business One ; Excellent command of the MS Office package, particularly advanced Excel for creating complex reports; Analytical approach, result-oriented mindset, and ability to meet tight deadlines typical of companies; Leadership skills and the ability to work both independently and in geographically distributed teams.
