We are launching several innovation projects, including: Memoria™– AI-powered MedTech platform for cognitive health, early detection, and neuro-assistive support Oxyleaf™– Synthetic plant systems for urban regeneration and clean energy Terra™– Underground sensor networks for environmental and agricultural intelligence Whiteboard™– Adaptive learning and smart education technologies Polaris™ by IFE– AI platform for economic, geopolitical, and statistical intelligence Institute Itech is legally incorporated (USA, Italy) and forming its core technical leadership.About the Role We are seeking aTechnical Lead & Project Manager (TLPM)specialised inArtificial Intelligence, cognitive modelling, and high-level software architectureto lead the technological development of theMemoria™ Project.The TLPM will act as: AI Technical Lead Core Developer System Architect Project Manager (PM) Team Supervisor This is a pivotal role with responsibility over theentire technological directionof Memoria™, including AI models, data pipelines, app architecture, dashboards, caregiver tools, and clinical integration pathways.Responsibilities AI & Technical Leadership Lead development ofAI cognitive models, early-detection algorithms, and neural behaviour mapping Design and superviseML pipelines, dataset preparation, model training, and validation Build or integrateLLMs, multimodal AI, and inference pipelines Ensure compliance with medtech ethics, privacy (GDPR), and data anonymisationSoftware Architecture: Define backend architecture (Python, Node.js, Go, or similar) Supervise APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices Oversee integration with wearable devices, sensors, and digital health interfaces Coordinate UI/UX for patient and caregiver toolsProject Management: Manage roadmap, sprint planning, and development milestones Supervise junior engineers and interns Coordinate scientific collaboration with medical supervisors and research partners Present project updates to leadership, universities, and institutional partnersRequirements: Master’s Degreein Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields Preferred: PhDin AI, Machine Learning, Cognitive Computing, or Computational Neuroscience At least5 years of experiencein software development or AI engineering Advanced knowledge of scripting and programming languages: Python (mandatory) JavaScript/TypeScript Bash / Shell / PowerShell Experience with C/C++ or Go is a plus Strong experience with: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn Data processing, ETL pipelines, time-series modelling Cloud services, APIs, containers (Docker) Experience working inmedtech,neurotech, ordigital healthis highly preferred Excellent team leadership, problem-solving attitude, and communication skills Fluent in English (Italian is a strong plus)Preferred Qualifications Background in brain mapping, cognitive computing, or neuro-assistive technologies Previous experience in clinical environments or with medical datasets Experience in ethical AI, explainable AI, or health data privacy frameworks Ability to collaborate with doctors, neuroscientists, and academic researchers Familiarity with CE/MDR medical device processesBenefits Provided Reimbursement of travel, meetings, and project-related expenses Access to advanced AI tools, cloud resources, and collaboration platforms Key leadership position in a flagship MedTech innovation Possibility to join theScientific Committee Board (SCB) Direct involvement in research, clinical collaborations, and publication opportunities Clear growth path toward C-level technical leadershipHow to Apply Please send: Your CV A Letter of Presentation (max 1 page)in English or Italian, explaining: Your experience in AI development Why you want to lead the technological development of Memoria™ How your knowledge can shape cognitive assistance technologiesE-mail: Subject:WE2025 Job – TLPM Memoria™ – (Name Surname)Time Commitment This is anon-paid position during the startup phase, with aminimum commitment of 4–6 hours per week.
