We support Fellows to scale solutions and create systemic change. Job Description: We are looking for a Strategic Outreach and Operations Associate for the Ashoka Support Network (ASN) Expansion Campaign. Target: 3,000 prospects, 100 new members in 6 months. Execution: Manage daily personalized outreach via email. Data Command: Own the master “Outreach Dashboard” to track open rates and prepare follow-up triggers. Intelligence: Conduct rapid research on prospects to verify interests and align with specific Ashoka Fellows. Logistics: Manage the 8-step follow-up cadence and coordinate scheduling of high-level briefings. Communication: Prepare follow-up content for engagement stages and social media campaign. What You Will Gain: Strategic Mentorship from a senior strategy partnership lead. Network exposure to high-impact philanthropy and social entrepreneurship. Resume impact: “Managed a global outreach campaign for the world’s leading social impact NGO.” Flexibility: Fully remote with flexible hours; daily output targets must be met.
