Description and RequirementsAre You ready to make an impact?As a n Import Export Sr. Analyst position You will be a part of Lenovo’s Global Import Export Compliance team and support the EMEA Import Export teams.ResponsibilitiesA working knowledge of and ability to apply laws and regulations related to global trade compliance is required with focus in ItalySupport the EMEA Import Export Sr. Manager and the EMEA Import Export Team with customs requestsSupport Customs / Intrastat audits for the all BU in Italy and in EMEA regionSupport Tax audits in ItalyManage the Intrastat reports in Italy with Intrastat Service provider and local authorities.Provide day to day assistance to business units on compliance with Customs and other government agencies.Execute import / export compliance activities such as commodity jurisdictions, product classifications,D2D customs operational issues take care that all documents, invoices, freight documents, Packaging list, T1 are compliant for customs clearance).Provide Product (HTS) classification in SAP systemArchiving and record keeping of customs related documentsD2D operational contact with broker, carrier, authorities and internal Lenovo departmentsRequirements3 - 5 years experience in CustomsStrong background in Import / Export and IntrastatMBA education in Logistics, Customs or similar fieldItalian language as native language; English language on fluent levelWhat We can offer YouAn international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity.Employee Assistance Program, for psychological, legal & financial consultancyYou are joining a company that prioritizes sustainable solutions like CO2 Offset, Asset Recovery Services, and the Lenovo Certified Refurbished portfolio.Access to training for personal development - Internal E-learning Development Platform Available for EmployeesMentorship programand many more..#J-18808-Ljbffr
