MAW s.p.a. Search&Selection ricerca per un importante azienda operante nel settore edile un INGEGNERE EDILE/CIVILE - CONSTRUCTION MANAGER . La risorsa, coordinando il team di lavoro presente in un cantiere in Messico/Sardegna, sarà responsabile di: • Predisporre e organizzare le attività assegnate; • Gestire le maestranze e le risorse di magazzino; • Curare la contabilità di cantiere; • Supervisionare gli aspetti legati alla sicurezza del cantiere. Requisiti richiesti: • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Edile oppure Civile; • Esperienza pregressa nella mansione conseguita in aziende che sviluppano grandi opere ; • Disponibilità a lunghe trasferte (cantiere in Messico oppure Sardegna); • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; • Ottime competenze in ambito strutturista; • Ottime doti di leadership e di organizzazione. L’azienda offre un inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato ed un pacchetto retributivo in linea con le competenze maturate.
