Overview Site Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor (m / f / d) – Milan, Lombardy, Italy. Full-time, on-site role with Hitachi Energy. Responsibilities Coordinate and inspect M&E installation works throughout the scope of delivery; report to the Civil Construction Manager and integrate with the Site Management team. Support engineering activities related to M&E with construction perspective, lessons learnt and best practices, ensuring constructability. Review M&E ITPs and ITRs, and all technical submissions from subcontractors to ensure compliance with design and specifications. Coordinate on-site M&E installation activities in alignment with the project delivery schedule to assure cost-effective execution in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements. Support the Civil Construction Manager in creating detailed working plans with Sub-Contractors for M&E installation activities, including local resources, equipment, suppliers, and milestones. Ensure all documentation related to the M&E scope is revised and updated, using latest revisions for construction on site. Monitor and inspect M&E installation activities, ensuring required quality per standards and specifications. Lead or participate in site meetings related to the M&E scope with customers, subcontractors, and Hitachi Energy site personnel as required. Prepare and coordinate M&E related red-marked drawings with subcontractors and engineering teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s or MSc degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Relevant on-site experience in industrial projects; experience in the energy sector is a plus. Willingness to work in an international and multicultural environment. Great communication skills; fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken) to interact with stakeholders.
