IT Infrastructure Manager Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced IT infrastructure manager to join our team on a long-term freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in IT management, with expertise in Windows, Linux, and other operating systems. You should also be proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash. In addition to technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. You will work closely with our development team to resolve technical issues and ensure that our systems are running efficiently. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency Work collaboratively with the development team to resolve technical issues This is a long-term freelance position, requiring 2-3 days of on-site work in Milan per week. About the Role This IT infrastructure manager role involves overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our company's IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure management, with experience in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing security measures.
