Sys Dev Engineer I –Salesforce, Amazon Sales TechAs a Sys Dev Engineer I, you will design, build, and maintain Salesforce-based platforms and integrations that power critical seller-facing and internal workflows. You will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and SOQL, while creating scalable data models, custom objects, and workflows aligned to evolving business needs. You will implement and maintain Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware, ensuring strong performance, reliability, and security at scale. Adhering to Salesforce best practices around governance, sharing models, data access, and compliance will be a core expectation.A strong focus on automation and operational excellence is essential. You will automate business and operational processes to reduce manual effort, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive long‑term, sustainable fixes. You will also help build monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms to continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and maintainability.This role also offers good‑to‑have exposure to AWS services such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and Step Functions, supporting cloud‑based architectures integrated with Salesforce.
