Overview Per importante gruppo alberghiero siamo alla ricerca di un/a PROJECT AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER da inserire all'interno del Dipartimento Tecnico, responsabile di 14 hotel in Italia, con le seguenti responsabilità: Monitorare e coordinare le attività di manutenzione straordinaria sugli impianti meccanici (HVAC, impianti idraulici, centrali termiche, sistemi di ventilazione, impianti elettrici in bassa e alta tensione, ecc.) Organizzare la manutenzione preventiva e il relativo follow-up tramite strumenti come ETIS ed EPREV Supportare il personale di manutenzione degli hotel nella gestione dei fornitori e delle ditte di manutenzione, garantendo la qualità degli interventi Effettuare regolari sopralluoghi per valutare lo stato delle strutture, con particolare attenzione alla sicurezza, all’affidabilità degli impianti e all’igiene Garantire il rispetto dei contratti sottoscritti Ottimizzare le prestazioni degli impianti e ridurre i consumi energetici Supervisionare i sistemi BMS e utilizzare software aziendali specifici per la supervisione degli hotel (SET, JEDI) e per la gestione del capex (Tomahawk) Partecipare alla pianificazione e all’implementazione di nuovi progetti tecnici o miglioramenti degli impianti, interfacciandosi con i progettisti per la definizione dei progetti e delle relative stime di costo Supervisionare l’esecuzione dei lavori di manutenzione straordinaria, garantendo il rispetto delle specifiche tecniche, delle tempistiche e della qualità attesa Coordinare funzionalmente il team di manutenzione degli hotel: in caso di problemi sugli impianti, il tecnico dell’hotel deve poter contare sul supporto del coordinatore tecnico Qualifications La risorsa ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: Laurea in ingegneria o formazione tecnica-meccanica Esperienza consolidata nella mansione Conoscenza delle principali normative relative al funzionamento degli impianti termici, elettrici e speciali Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e del software AutoCAD Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese Attitudine positiva, spirito d’iniziativa ed elevata energia completano il profilo E\' previsto un inserimento diretto in azienda Sede di lavoro: MILANO Cernusco sul Naviglio, Lombardy, Italy #J-18808-Ljbffr
