As part of a truly global team, you will collaborate with various Allianz teams, leveraging best practices and your expertise to support and strengthen our service delivery.You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and processes within an international environment, contributing to both the maintenance and continuous improvement of current operations and the development of strategies to enhance our IT services.If you are passionate about driving impactful improvements and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey.What You DoMonitor together with the teams on a daily basis all applications and infrastructure of a region.Work with multiple global and local teams to resolve incidents, improve operations and provide feedback and suggestions to application architects.In charge of performance of the applications, working together with the customers on plans improvement.Act as first and single point of contact for the customer in terms of infra or application issues (e.g. incidents/outages, management escalations).Lead the “crisis room” with the technical teams in case of an emergency.Work together with local CTO and application architects hand-in-hand on cost improvement measures.Work with the different functions like Account Management and Controlling to also oversee the financial relationship with the customers.Support in the decommissioning processes.What You BringVery strong IT background with several years of experience with operational responsibility in the application and/or infrastructure environment.International working experience with strong track record in transformational projects.Skilled at analyzing data and reporting.Ability to cope with challenges and work under pressure, coordinating interactions between different teams and acting as a mediator to resolve issues.Skills in interacting with various levels, including C-level executives.Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical thinking skills, with fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.What we offerWe offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl. up to 25 days per year working from abroad.We believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location).From career development and digital learning programs to international career mobility, we offer lifelong learning for our employees worldwide and an environment where innovation, delivery and empowerment are fostered.Flexible working, health and wellbeing offers (including healthcare and parental leave benefits) support to balance family and career and help our people return from career breaks with experience that nothing else can teach.About Allianz TechnologyWith its headquarters in Munich, Germany, Allianz Technology is Allianz's global IT service provider and delivers IT solutions that drive the group's digitalization.
