This Position reports to : Production Manager Responsibilities Operational Production Support - Supporting production continuity by troubleshooting issues, coordinating with key functions, and contributing to daily line meetings. Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement - Driving Lean initiatives through 5S implementation, Kaizen coordination, and Gemba-based process observation. Industrialization and Process Changes - Supporting industrialization activities including new product phase‑ins, equipment start‑ups, layout changes, and process optimization. Digitalization and Systems - Enhancing digital systems by improving data collection processes, contributing to MES logic updates, and analyzing data for operational decisions. Projects and Training - Contributing to cross‑functional projects, delivering training, and promoting Lean culture across production teams. Qualifications Master's degree in Mechanical, Management, Automation, or Biomedical Engineering Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, standard work, waste reduction / MUDA) Strong process analysis and structured problem-solving skills (e.g. 5 Whys, Ishikawa). Yellow Belt certification preferred Up to 2 years of experience in a similar environment (lean production, manufacturing, industrial engineering) is a plus Advanced knowledge of the Office package; Power BI is preferred Demonstrating strong shop floor orientation, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with production teams and cross‑functional stakeholders You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken Competitive compensation: Attractive salary packages and performance bonuses.
