ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and collaborate with supporting functions to generate demand and convert leads. Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and partners; conduct business reviews; resolve customer concerns. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts, track regional performance metrics, and utilize CRM systems. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Solutions, Marketing, and hardware teams; provide field feedback; lead and mentor sales teams; set performance expectations and foster a high-performance culture. Minimum QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, automation. Strong decision-making skills, able to handle complex situations and urgent issues. Some work experience and basic understanding of the new energy market. Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus. Ability to work overseas, accept business trips, and have overseas work experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
