We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of our One Service platform, supporting thousands of users worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of service execution, working at the intersection of business and technology.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the vision and roadmap for our service execution platform.Act as the main point of contact between business (service centers, field service, sales, coordinators) and digital/DevOps teams.Collect, analyze, and prioritize business needs from a diverse, global stakeholder group.Define and drive improvements based on user feedback and business priorities, ensuring the platform supports the full-service execution process.Work closely with business, product owners, solution architects, UX specialists, and DevOps teams.Contribute to the evolution of product management methodologies and ways of working.Manage a platform with 2,000+ users globally, ensuring reliability.Who You AreStrong understanding of service business and operations, ideally with previous hands‑on experience in a service organization in a global company.Able to evaluate complex business demands and make informed decisions.Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to explain solutions and decisions clearly.Experience with IFS Field Service Management or IFS Cloud is a plus; general digital solution knowledge required.Product management experience is valued but not essential if you have strong business acumen.Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.Based in Europe; proximity to a service center is advantageous; willingness to travel up to 20%.What's in It for YouBe central to our mission of growing and standardizing the service business.Influence and support a worldwide transformation in service operations.Work with a cross‑functional, international team.Salary and benefits tailored to your location, with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.We do not accept applications via email, due to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).Please note that due to the upcoming holiday season the next steps of the recruitment process will be postponed to January 2026.
