What You'll Do
  • Own the Growth Roadmap: Set bold objectives to expand Client's Online Business and drive rapid, sustainable growth for new Startups.
  • Elevate the User Experience: Use insights from performance data to refine every user touchpoint—from first discovery to long-term retention.
  • Champion Experimentation: Lead A/B tests that challenge the status quo, optimize pricing strategies, and reinvent commercial journeys.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product Marketing on go-to-market plans, join forces with Creative to shape compelling campaigns, and sync with external agencies to amplify results.
  • Analyze & Adapt: Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPA, LTV, ROAS...) to fine-tune marketing initiatives in real-time and unlock new opportunities for growth.
  • Fuel Innovation: Share data-backed recommendations to guide product enhancements and sharpen our competitive edge.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven Experience: 4+ years in growth marketing, with a record of driving conversion, retention, and brand alignment in subscription-based models is a plus.
