Lead and engage – serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns, support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager, and drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time‑management abilities. Strong customer service and conflict‑resolution skills focused on providing solutions. Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours to support the District Manager and customer commitments. Ability to stand, walk and remain active throughout shifts. Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and consistency. Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
