Operiamo in numerosi settori tra cui Lusso, Moda, Automotive, Ferroviario, Servizi Finanziari e Assicurativi, Sanità, Aerospazio e Difesa, Grande Distribuzione e Chimico-Farmaceutico.Specializzata nel procuremet, supply chain e ottimizzazione di performance, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Buyer / Procurement Specialist per un progetto con un cliente nel settore dei servizi digitali.Descrizione della missioneLa risorsa sarà inserita nell’area Acquisti e avrà il compito di supportare il cliente nella definizione delle strategie di procurement, nella gestione del ciclo di acquisto e nel miglioramento delle relazioni con i fornitori, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di qualità, servizio e ottimizzazione dei costi.Attività principaliDefinizione e implementazione di strategie di acquisto coerenti con gli obiettivi aziendali.Selezione, gestione e negoziazione con i fornitori, con monitoraggio continuativo delle loro performance.Analisi del mercato e identificazione di nuove opportunità di approvvigionamento e miglioramento continuo.Conduzione di analisi di costo e definizione di iniziative di ottimizzazione in ottica di efficienza.Gestione dell’intero processo di procurement: richieste di offerta, negoziazione contrattuale, gestione delle forniture.Collaborazione con team interni per garantire la conformità alle specifiche tecniche e ai requisiti di progetto.Gestione del budget assegnato, assicurando allineamento ai target di risparmio e agli standard di qualità.Gestione delle attività sistemiche e documentali correlate (ordini, contratti, archiviazione, ecc.).Profilo ricercatoLaurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini.Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli di procurement o buyer in contesti strutturati.Esperienza nell’acquisto di servizi indiretti .Conoscenza approfondita delle tecniche di negoziazione e vendor management.Ottime capacità analitiche, orientamento al risultato e approccio consulenziale.Capacità di lavorare in team e di interfacciarsi con funzioni aziendali eterogenee.Ottima padronanza degli strumenti informatici e conoscenza approfondita di SAP.Spiccate capacità comunicative e negoziali.Conoscenza della lingua inglese.Presenza on-site a Roma , con possibilità di smart working.MEOGROUP è un datore di lavoro per le pari opportunità.
