Job description As Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional experiences for all visitors in order to build long‑term relationships, ensuring the high level of the service. Profile Provide excellent client experience; Support colleagues in their sales by helping to prepare invoices, gifts, packaging; Ensure requests and enquiries (online, email, phone) are followed up in a timely manner; Develop and maintain a high level of sales technique and watchmaking savoir-faire knowledge; Actively participate in the proper maintenance of the boutique: product displays, props set‑up, etc. Understand and respect all operating and security guidelines; Follow the security and proper maintenance of stock timepieces.
