Randstad Italia, filiale di Casalecchio di Reno, è alla ricerca di un/una pasticcere/a junior da inserire all'interno di un'azienda cliente operante nel settore della pasticceria di alta qualità.  Luogo di lavoro: Valsamoggia (BO). Orario di lavoro: Dal martedì al venerdì dalle 7:00 alle 16:00 e il sabato dalle 7:00 alle 12:00. Tipologia contrattuale: contratto a tempo determinato/indeterminato. Retribuzione annua: 22000€ - 28000€ esperienza 1 annoSi richiede: Diploma di scuola alberghiera o attestato professionale in pasticceria. Anche breve esperienza pregressa nella mansione (con un interesse particolare per i lievitati) o stage formativi. Conoscenza delle norme igienico-sanitarie e delle procedure HACCP. Buona conoscenza delle tecniche di base della pasticceria e della lavorazione degli ingredienti. Capacità di lavorare in team e proattività. Flessibilità oraria. Creatività e voglia di imparare. Ti occuperai di supportare nella: preparazione di impasti base (frolla, sfoglia, lievitati, ecc.) seguendo ricette tradizionali e innovative; realizzazione di torte, monoporzioni, biscotti, piccola pasticceria e altri prodotti da forno dolci; decorazione creativa di dolci e torte; mantenimento della pulizia e dell'ordine del laboratorio di pasticceria, nel rispetto delle norme igienico-sanitarie; collaborazione con il resto del team di cucina per l'ideazione di dessert e per la gestione del servizio.
