Must be willing and commit to learning Vistex product offerings and the Go-To-Market solutions.ResponsibilitiesProvide remote/on-site functional consulting services to customers implementing Vistex products and solutions.Attend tickets assigned from Vital Link and on-time/low-cost solution applying the defined quality/best practices standards.Conduct workshops to Gather and Document Business Requirements into a Blueprint.Identify and document all required Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and/or Workflow (FRICEW) for development during the Realization Phase of the project.Execute Configuration of Vistex’s Solutions.Support Integration testing by providing expertise & defect resolution.
