About the Role We’re seeking a Project Manager based in Italy , ideally near Milan , with willingness to travel nationally for key projects — including current work near Milan and an upcoming site in Cerignola (South Italy) . This role suits an experienced BESS professional and self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, lightly structured environments. You’ll lead full project lifecycles, from design coordination through construction and commissioning, ensuring technical quality, timeline control, and cost efficiency. Key Job Responsibilities Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of utility-scale BESS projects. Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and performance targets. Track progress, budgets, and risks while maintaining alignment with company objectives. Engage closely with TSOs and grid operators for connection and compliance. Drive delivery excellence within a lean, high-performing project team. What You Bring Proven Project Management experience in Renewable Energy , with BESS expertise essential. Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Strong autonomy, accountability, and proactive problem-solving. Fluent English; Italian language skillsare a strong plus. EU work eligibility and flexibility to travel within Italy.
