Ali Professional è la divisione di Ali Spa specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili specialistici e sulle figure di Middle & Top Management. Ricerchiamo un PROPOSAL ENGINEER per azienda cliente con sede ad Assago, leader nel settore Power e impianti rinnovabili. La società opera a livello nazionale e internazionale nella realizzazione di progetti complessi nel settore elettrico, garantendo soluzioni integrate e standard elevati di qualità e sicurezza. Responsabilità principali: Analisi di dossier di gara e documentazione contrattuale; Valutazione Bid/No Bid in collaborazione con la Direzione; Elaborazionedelle offerte tecnico-economiche, inclusa la definizione del budget (costi diretti, indiretti, materiali, montaggi, ecc.); Coordinamento delle attività in caso di partecipazione in RTI con altre imprese; Gestione deirapporti con fornitori e clienti; Supervisionedello stato di avanzamento delle offerte; Monitoraggiodei tempi e dei costi legati alla preparazione dell'offerta; Selezione e interfaccia con subappaltatori e fornitori; Analisidei competitor e identificazione di punti di forza e criticità (PRO/CONS). Requisiti richiesti: Esperienza maturata in aziende EPC del settore Power (Renewable, Generazione, Distribuzione HV/MV, Storage), con focus sulle discipline elettriche (HV/MV/LV); Conoscenza di impianti rinnovabili (BESS, fotovoltaico, SSE e interconnessione alla rete); Capacità di coordinare offerte complesse, con ottime doti organizzative e comunicative; Approccio pragmatico, autorevolezza, apertura all'innovazione e flessibilità; Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica, Elettronica, Automazione o Diploma tecnico equivalente; Inglesefluente, gradita la conoscenza del Francese; Ottima padronanza di Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project. L'offerta include: CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria RAL: commisurata all'esperienza, tetto massimo 65.000 € Ticket: 10€ Welfare:200€ come da CCNL 10 giorni di smart working al mese Sede di lavoro: Assago (MI)
