We are looking for a Front Office Manager to lead our reception team and ensure exceptional guest experience at Mangia's Brucoli Sicily Autograph Collection - Marriott for the upcoming 2026 season. The role involves planning daily operations, supervising staff, handling guest requests, and driving service excellence.Planning Front Office operations based on occupancy forecastsSupervises Front Office team and ensures service standardsParticipates in recruitment, training, and performance reviewsMonitors costs, revenue, and financial performance of the Rooms divisionProven experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in 5-star hotelsPreferably previous experience with Marriott or other international hotel brands.Strong knowledge of front office operations and guest service standardsProficiency in Opera PMS and other hotel management systemsFluency in English; additional languages are a plusSeasonal contractAccommodation availableOngoing training and access to professional development courses
