Overview Project Manager for Business Improvement at Pirelli – responsible for leading cross‑functional programs that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.WHY JOIN US Global leader in tire manufacturing with innovation, sustainability, and inclusive culture.DRIVE YOUR FUTURE The role is based in Milan’s HQ within the Business Improvement Team.YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES Manage end‑to‑end cross‑functional improvement programs aligned to strategic objectives.Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.Ensure project compliance with company policies and report issues appropriately.Collaborate with flow leaders to gather requirements, devise solutions, and drive execution.Support flow leaders for successful sub‑project completion.Analyze progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.Provide status reports to stakeholders and management.Promote continuous improvement through best practices and methodologies.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Master’s degree in Management Engineering or related field.6‑10 years of experience.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with multitasking capability.Ability to develop business cases.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.WHAT PUTS YOU IN A POSITIVE POSITION Experience in consulting or multinational companies, especially in automotive, home appliances, or FMCG.Knowledge of project management tools and software.Project Management certifications (PMP, Six Sigma).Flexibility to thrive in a demanding, unpredictable environment.Seniority level Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type Full‑timeJob function Project ManagementIndustries Motor Vehicle Manufacturing and Automation Machinery Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
