M&A & Corporate Development Analyst The candidate will be part of the M&A and Corporate Development team, responsible for generating, structuring, managing and executing mergers, acquisitions, and other key strategic corporate development projects.Main responsibilitiesConduct in-depth market analysis and benchmarkingDevelop detailed corporate research and analysis based on financial statements, financial and business modellingPerform company valuations using the main valuation methodologiesBuild complex financial models to support deal structuringPreparation of internal and external presentation (investment decks, management presentation, market presentation)Support in managing the complete M&A process, from project management to due diligence and preparation / execution of legal documentationWork with other corporate functions (e.g. legal, accounting, control, etc.) in designing and implementing M&A and other corporate development / finance activitiesCapabilitiesOutstanding analytical and financial modelling skillsSolid knowledge of the relevant M&A and corporate finance tools (e.g. valuation methodologies, financial modelling, etc.)Clear understanding of business and corporate finance principlesStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsFamiliarity with financial data providers (Factset / Bloomberg) is a plusSkillsStrong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work autonomouslyGood time management and organisational skillsReliability and flexibilityRigorous attention to detailAbility to adapt to and work in a corporate environmentEducation and Work ExperienceDegree in finance / economics / management 1-3 years of prior relevant experience (M&A / valuation in corporate, advisory or financial institutions) Proficiency in Italian and English#J-18808-Ljbffr
