We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Italian Content Moderator to join our vibrant team in Lisbon . If you’re fluent in Italian, love making a difference, and want to contribute to digital safety, this role is perfect for you The Role As an Italian Content Moderator at Cross Border Talents , you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating Italian-language content across various platforms. Your job will be to ensure that all user-generated content adheres to community standards and remains safe for users. You’ll be part of a key team protecting online spaces, working to quickly identify harmful or inappropriate content while maintaining a positive environment. If you are eager to help build a safer digital world while enjoying life in Lisbon , this is your chance to make a significant impact Key Responsibilities Review and moderate Italian-language content across digital platforms to ensure it aligns with community guidelines. Identify and remove offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content quickly and efficiently. Make consistent, fair, and timely decisions to maintain a safe, welcoming digital environment. Work closely with other teams to create a better user experience, bringing complex content issues to higher management. Stay informed about the latest trends, policies, and best practices in content moderation. Provide valuable feedback and suggestions to improve internal processes and enhance moderation practices. What We’re Looking For Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make quick, fair decisions under pressure. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset – you’ll work closely with a diverse, international team. A genuine passion for digital safety and ensuring online spaces are secure and positive for all.
