Flight Control Systems Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled Flight Control Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced flight control systems. To succeed in this role, you should have experience with control algorithms and system development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test and integrate new aircraft capabilities into existing platforms. You must be able to analyze complex sensor data from various sources such as GPS, accelerometers and gyroscopes to determine accurate navigation solutions. Ideally, candidates would also have hands-on experience with flight test campaigns including planning testing procedures leading up to execution safety analysis creating documentation supporting the requalification process operating ground station equipment conducting real-time monitoring flying remote pilot ability demonstration qualification attainment no wait verifying performance metrics sharing results across departments training of other personnel understanding applicable legal regulatory requirements compliance nonconformance reports resolution maintenance issue summarization attendance at briefing meetings presentation status documents etc receiving pilots feedback compile debriefing summary update change management initiate rectify deliberate discussions attend suggestion recommend latest groundbreaking configurations meeting trips addressing present opti... #J-18808-Ljbffr
