OverviewIn the MAIT Department, you are the sole point of reference for all Assembly, Integration, and Test activities of a space project, from the proposal phase to the final integration.What We Expect From YouMaster's degree in Aerospace / Mechanical / Physics Engineering or equivalent qualificationAt least 5 years of professional experience in AIT / Management fieldSolid practical knowledge of mechanics, physics, opticsExperience in AIT planning (AIT Plan, Flow, WBS / WPD, scheduling, and costs)Ability to evaluate and control AIT costs (labor and non-labor, ETC / EAC)Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary resources, including those outside the AIT departmentAbility to organize single or double shifts and critical campaign activitiesReporting skills towards management and operational teamsFamiliarity with space sector documentation and reviews (IRR, TRR, PTR, NRB, requirements, and procedures)Problem-solving skills, root cause analysis, and definition of corrective actionsKnowledge of space sector quality principles in clean rooms and operational environmentsAbility to capitalize on lessons learned and apply them to subsequent activitiesAvailability for medium / long-term missions, shift work, weekends, and holidays if required by project milestonesExcellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and Project Control tools; use of CAD ViewerExcellent command of the English languageWhat You Can Expect From UsTMC is an international high-tech consultancy company that provides clients with expertise to support them in addressing their technological challenges.
