Ruolo Per azienda cliente leader nelle soluzioni per il settore Lighting ricerchiamo e valutiamo un Customer Quality Assurance manager. La persona inserita a riporto del Customer Care Manager Europa avrà la responsabilità di coordinare un team di professionisti e sarà responsabile di garantire la soddisfazione dei clienti europei sull'intero portafoglio prodotti. Responsabilità Fornire supporto tecnico qualificato, garantendo una comunicazione chiara ed efficace con il cliente durante tutto il processo di risoluzione. Negoziare e gestire i costi legati alle sostituzioni in loco, assicurando soluzioni economicamente vantaggiose. Requisiti Laurea in ingegneria, preferibilmente meccanica o gestionale. Esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi, di almeno 3‑5 anni, preferibilmente in contesti strutturati o internazionali.
