This role requires:Deep technical knowledge of German labor lawProven experience partnering with Works CouncilsStrong stakeholder management skills with cross-functional and senior leadersDemonstrated success in labor relations with unions and Works Councils.Join our Regional HR Partner team and help shape Amazon's workplace culture in Germany.Basic Qualifications Knowledge of local labor lawExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationBachelor's degreeSpeak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in EnglishSpeak, write, and read fluently in GermanExperience of partnering with work councilsPreferred Qualifications Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plansExperience in HR within an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environmentProven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and make the best use of available resourcesAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
