We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Data Analyst (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Data & Analytics Team.Your role in BizAwayYou manage and improve our current reporting system, supporting all internal needs for Data visualization of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make our data understandable.You learn all aspects of the travel industry from Finance, Products, Sales and Service/Operations perspective, translating data into actionable insights resulting in verifiable reporting.By having domain expertise in our industry, you engage with Business and Strategy stakeholders to help define KPIs, including how data will be captured, shared, and leveraged across our departments.You contribute to creating the base foundations of a comprehensive source of truth through data modeling actions.Your basic qualificationsPreviously worked in a Tech Company.Demonstrated experience with Product Analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, Google Analytics).Demonstrated experience with BI Data Visualization tools (Qlik preferred).Data analysis, presentation, and visualization experience.Strong communication skills required.Ability to work alone or in a team as required.Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics or a related field is preferred.English proficiency (written and spoken level B2).We are also interested inKnowledge of programming languages such as Python.Experience with ETL tools.Understanding of AI/ML concepts.Our offerContract type: PermanentWorking hours: Full-time – 40h/week, from Monday to Friday90% Remote work, flexible working policy, and great offices in EuropeSalary: Starting from 2nd level and above, with a salary range of €35K- €40K in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio)Equity in the company (stock options plan)A seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growthDevelopment of your entrepreneurial spirit, having the chance to implement real‑impact business decisionMulticultural and international teamCollaborative and smart environment to work and learnFree coffee to kick‑start your day and free beers to celebrate together#J-18808-Ljbffr
