Autronica’s greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees – and we’re excited for you to join the team.About The RoleAutronica is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow the company’s Fire and Security solutions across Europe and Southern Europe in particular. This role combines strategic vision with a hands‑on approach to business development. You will engage directly with clients, EPCs, system integrators, MEP, and other industrial contractors, driving project wins and expanding Autronica’s presence in the region and globally. The role covers FPSO, LNG, Clean Energy, and conventional energy projects, as well as emerging markets such as Renewables. Reporting to the Regional Leader, you will work closely with global teams to ensure strategic alignment, sustainable growth, market leadership and ensure Autronica’s solutions continue to protect assets, people, and operations across the energy sector. Preferred location for the role is Milan, Italy .ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Market LeadershipIdentify and pursue new business opportunities with end users, EPCs, system integrators, MEP, and industrial contractors as well as explore new applications for our solutions in emerging energy markets.Build and maintain strong relationships to expand market penetration and reinforce Autronica’s reputation.Sales &
